How it works

  1. Choose the country you are sending to.
  2. Choose one of the six packages.
  3. Enter the recipient's mobile number — the network is detected automatically.
  4. Confirm your own number with a one-time code by SMS.
  5. Review and pay by card in euro.

How long does a top-up take?

Most top-ups arrive in seconds. On a busy network it can take a few minutes.

What happens if it does not arrive?

The card is refunded automatically and an email explains what happened.

Do I need an account?

No. You confirm your own mobile number with a one-time code instead.
